Who can apply
Am I eligible for an India e-Visa?
You're eligible if you hold a valid passport from one of 172 eligible countries/territories, your passport has at least 6 months' validity remaining, and your visit is for an approved purpose — tourism, business, medical treatment, or similar short-term purposes. Some nationalities are restricted to specific visa categories only.
Who is not eligible for an e-Visa?
e-Visas are not available to: holders of Pakistani passports or of Pakistani origin (regular visa required via an Indian Mission instead); diplomatic/official passport holders or laissez-passer travel document holders; individuals endorsed on a parent's or spouse's passport (each traveller needs their own passport); and holders of any defence, military, security, or police background (serving or retired).
Can my child travel on my e-Visa?
No — each child needs their own separate e-Visa application, even if travelling with a parent. Their passport must also be valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival in India.

When to apply
How far in advance should I apply?
Apply at least 4 days before your arrival date. Applications can be made up to 120 days in advance of your travel date. We recommend applying at least 1–2 weeks ahead to allow time for any document corrections.
What's the difference between Standard and Urgent processing?
Standard service is processed within 168 hours; Urgent service is processed within 72 hours, for an additional RM100 on top of the standard price for your visa type. Choose Urgent if your travel date is close.
How will I know if my e-Visa is approved?
You'll be notified by email once the government grants or rejects your Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA). We forward this confirmation to you as soon as it's issued.

What does your price include?
Our all-inclusive price covers the Indian government's e-Visa processing fee, the standard 3% bank transaction charge, and our service fee for preparing, checking, and filing your application. See our Pricing page for the exact price for your nationality.
Is the fee refundable if my application is rejected?
No. The Indian government's e-Visa processing fee is non-refundable once submitted, whether the application is approved or rejected — this is government policy for all applicants, not specific to using an agent.
Do I pay anything else at the airport?
No. Once your e-Visa fee is paid through us, there's no additional visa-related payment due at the airport. Be cautious of anyone at the airport claiming otherwise.

You're welcome to apply directly on indianvisaonline.gov.in yourself — it's a public government portal. We exist for travellers who'd rather have their documents checked by someone experienced before submission (most rejections come from formatting or specification errors), and who prefer a simple WhatsApp-based process over navigating the portal alone.
